Even over the phone Jonah cracks me up. Last night when I was talking to him he was telling me about his new goggles and a "breathing stick" for the pool. I assume he means scuba gear. Well he was telling me all about it and I couldn't really understand what he was trying to tell me, so I just said "That's awesome buddy." Then he says, "No it's not awesome! I couldn't breathe."
Nice, I was telling my son that it was awesome that he couldn't breathe.

hilarious! my kids love to talk too, and yes it is hard to understand...even in person sometimes. there has been multiple times jimmy stops and tells me no mom thats NOT cool!
that is so funny. I know how you feel. You don't want them to think that they aren't expressing themselves well, but you really can't understand what they are saying :)

So funny. Madelyn wants to call everybody on the phone lately (Grandmas, Grandpas, Aunts, Uncles, etc.) The very first thing she says is, "I went poop in the toilet", which they can understand, and everything after that is jibberish.
