My Super Heros
The kids all like to dress up and play super hero. The other day they had Jonah in handcuffs for a long time...he loved it of course. Cierra is always the princess who needs to be saved, Dylan always comes to the rescue and Jonah is always the bad guy for some reason.

Fuddruckers...try saying it five times fast.
We took the kids to Fuddrucker's to celebrate the starting of school. It is always noteworthy when we venture to a public restaurant with all the kids. We always cause quite a stir. Everyone comes up to us asking if the kids are all ours, if the babies are twins, and they like to say"ooh only one girl with all those boys". I am going to make special t-shirts for when we go out in public that say "Yes, these are all ours."

The girl's got style!!
So Cierra loves to play dress-up. She always comes up with the best wardrobe combos. I'm thinking Vogue fashion editor one day.
Let's just say that we will call this ensemble....Bag Lady!

Should we be worried?
I walked into my bathroom today to find my little Tyler playing in my makeup. Well, more like eating my makeup. He was shoveling it into his mouth by the handful. I think after a minute he realized it didn't taste very good because he stopped. He still is a little shimmery...hey, I only buy the good stuff.

Two more weeks until school!!
Well, today I enrolled my little girl in Kindergarten. I can't believe she will be going to school in a couple weeks. This means that it will just be Jonah, the twins and I at home during the day.
As nice as it will be, I definitely will miss the help of Dylan and Cierra. They do so much with the babies. I always tell them that our babies must be the most played with babies on this earth.
Dylan will be in first grade and I know that he will look out for his little sister and show her the ropes of being in school.

Our Pet Frog
We have a pet frog....not really...but it seems one has adopted our waterslide as his home. We have left the slide set up this summer and everytime we go to blow it up again the frog is sitting right there in the left over water just hanging out. He waits patiently for the slide to blow up and then he hops on out and goes into hiding into the railroad ties in our backyard. I guess he waits until the coast is clear and then hops back in when we aren't around.
We had some friends over yesterday to play on the slide and it turns out that the little girl Zoie is a little braver than our kids. She was picking it up and putting it down the waterslide while everyone else was squeeling. I guess he might as well have fun too.

Dylan at the Dentist
Well, as much as I am embarrased to say, Dylan went to the Dentist for the first time yesterday. Just like his cousin Ethan, his big boy tooth is coming in, but his baby teeth are not moving out. The dentist said that he thinks they will fall out in the next six months, but if not they will have to be pulled.
And I am happy to report that he has no cavities....so I guess it was ok that he hasn't gone yet right?????

Seaworld
Since we don't have mountains to hike, or nice lakes to play in....we have Seaworld passes. It is a lifesaver here in San Antonio. When the humidity isn't too suffocating, we go. Last week we went almost everyday.
It is a little more tricky this year to go to the water park with the babies, but we manage alright.

Guitar Hero
Our family loves to play Guitar Hero.
We keep the guitar tucked under the entertainment center to keep it away from the babies, but they seem to wiggle themselves under enough to pull it out.
They both work together to get it out and then proceed to pound on it like they are playing it.
What else are they watching us do????
